1. Creating a test
Create your own test is very easy in test designer, go to the menu "Design", and click the Add test button.
A form to create a new test. The required field - Name.
The option "Remove results" will allow users to voluntarily remove its results after the test.
"Test Activity" - ability to disable the tests in the case of not using or during the addition of new materials.
"Open questions" - questions will open for viewing to all users, including those not registered. Questions are displayed in sequence, with variants of answers and the correct indication.
- training - the mode of training is one of the main operating modes of the system, by means of him preparation for examinations and tests is provided, he allows to pass the training trainings on examination materials. Has an opportunity to display the right answers and comments, both before the choice of possible answer, and after him, for performance of functions of self-preparation and an examination. There is a possibility of the choice of sections for studying as everything, and everyone separately. The mode is not limited on time. There is an opportunity to continue it even after any break, failure of communication, switching off of the computer.
- examination - the mode of a direct examination, is limited on time of performance and quantity of questions. - training + examination - gives to the user the chance of the choice of the mode of passing of the test: training or examination. Thus, the user can be prepared previously for passing an examination in the training mode, and then check the knowledge in the mode examination.
Settings "Number of questions" and "Test Time" appears when you select the exam mode and training + exam. Determine the maximum number of questions and test time.
After creating the test in the "My tests" it is possible to control them.
For editing the test it is necessary to press on the name or the Edit button (3).
It is possible to remove the test with pressing the Delete button (2).
Transition to results of the passed tests, is performed by pressing the button Results (1) - there will be a list of all results with indication of information on the user and an opportunity to check the detailed report on each user separately, and also to perform unloading in Excel.
To start editing questions, it is necessary to press the name of the partition or into the Turn to Questions (4) button.
Before addition of questions, it is necessary to add sections since questions are assigned to sections of the test. For this purpose it is necessary to press the Add the Section, Enter Its Name and Save button.
2. Adding questions
To add a new question, press the Add button issue (1).
Edit or delete a question - respectively Edit (4) Delete (5).
For questions search (search on all matters of all modules, all tests) must be entered into the search box (2) the text and click Find.
Adding a new variant of the answer takes place by pressing the Add answer (3).
Edit or delete answer - Edit, respectively (6) Delete (7).
2.1. Adding a new question
In the question - introduce the question itself.
Choose a question type:
- A unique choice (the user can select only one answer) ;
- Multiple choice (the user can select one or more answers);
- Custom Text (response option the user enters their own in the input field).
In the Comment field - specifies the text of the commentary to the question, which will be displayed in the mode of training, at the choice of the relevant user settings.
Image - you must choose a drawing file and click Upload. You can enter the text of the question and the image at the same time, the figure will be displayed below the text of the question.
2.2. Adding answer choices
In the answer - enter answer the question. If the answer is correct - put a tick in the correct answer. If necessary, add a picture, image file must be selected and click the Upload button. You can enter text and images possible answers at the same time, the figure will be displayed below the text of the question.
